We are now looking for a new Technical Support Employee

Responsibilities

• Level customer support and troubleshooting via phone and email, after sufficient training time 2nd level
• In-depth analysis of faulty or waiting measurement systems and determination of corrective measures in collaboration with other departments
• Creation and transmission of precise and detailed reports on all work activities
• Creation of evaluations to improve ongoing customer support
• Participation in operational training during the introductory phase and, if necessary, in new products and product changes in the respective area of activity to expand own skills and competencies

Qualifications

What You Should Bring

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, etc.)
• First experiences in the field of measurement technology or mechanical engineering (support, maintenance, servicing, repair, calibration, etc.)
• Know-how in the service and support of measurement instruments is advantageous
• Technical understanding and basic understanding of technical software (own software in use)
• Secure handling of MS-Office and experience with CRM software
• Very good English and German language skills are required
• Supportive, human and technology-interested personality, who works respectfully, honestly and efficiently
• Hands-on mentality
