We are looking for an Import/Export & Sales Administrator (m/w/d) for our Chemspeed headquarters in Füllinsdorf.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the creation of the necessary shipping documents according to customer specifications and/or country regulations
• Ensuring that both shipping and customs clearance run smoothly
• Organizing our worldwide transports (e.g., by truck, plane, or courier)
• Participating in the completion of governmental approvals at chambers of commerce and consulates with
• Processing customer inquiries (e.g., delivery time inquiries and clarifications regarding deliveries)
• Creating and sending order confirmations sales administration and order processing (orders, creating order documents, invoices)
• Debtors settlement of material deliveries and service orders
• Interface between customer – production – sales – finance

Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training, preferably with further education in the field of logistics/sales
• High willingness to work and corresponding flexibility
• Excellent social skills and precise working method
• Proficient in using MS Office and SAP
• Very good German and/or English skills in speech and writing
• Independent, solution-oriented and efficient working method
