The solutions accelerate the research and development of the future, such as new drugs or materials used in batteries, photovoltaics, and cosmetics.

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Senior Software Engineer (m/w/d) for our Chemspeed headquarters in Füllinsdorf.

Responsibilities

  • Software development in the field of robotics and automation from design to implementation
  • Incorporating innovative ideas in the development of new products and concepts, both in software and hardware
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration from prototype to final product
  • Enhancement and optimization of existing Chemspeed software solutions
  • Internal support and maintenance of existing products

Qualifications

  • Completed degree (FH/Uni/ETH) in mechanical engineering, robotics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • Very good knowledge of the programming language C++
  • Pronounced flair for technology
  • High sense of responsibility and quality awareness, enthusiasm, and creativity
  • Profound independence, drive, initiative, analytical mindset, team capability, and love for detail
  • Experience in hardware-near software development and knowledge of industrial communication systems (e.g., RS-232, RS-485, CANopen, and Ethernet)
  • Basic knowledge in electrical engineering
  • Basic knowledge with ATL, COM, C#, WPF, and/or SQL
