Customer Service And Logistics Specialist

Bruker Daltonics, a leading manufacturer of mass spectrometry instrumentation, software and accessories, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service And Logistics Specialist based in Milton, Ontario. The Customer Service And Logistics Specialist will coordinate day-to-day operations of the customer service department reporting to the Regional Service Manager.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and deliver quotes for consumables essential to the LifeScience and M&ID business segments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  2. Generate time and material-based quotes for onsite service requests, tailored to the scope and duration of the service needed.
  3. Process service part and consumable orders.
  4. Maintain local part depot and spare part shipping.
  5. Oversee part return process and all related documents.
  6. Maintain accuracy of service dispatch calendar in Sales Force CRM, ensure timely case closure.
  7. Monitor Service Reports and ensure document and data base accuracy and completeness.
  8. Communicate with customers to confirm assigned engineer and tentative schedule/plans and spare part delivery.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with high volume scheduling and logistics coordination
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, SalesForce CRM, SAP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively and professionally work under pressure, in a team-oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with a range of customers at varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams; and skill sets to achieve greater levels of efficiency.
  • Ability to create and drive process improvement and influence teams to adopt new practices.
  • Excellent team player
