Responsibilities

Provide Sales & Service administration support to the business development activities of Bruker Optics in Spain.

New Order Booking coordination from PO received to scheduling system installation to secure fastest revenue recognition.

Prepare and complete relevant and related documentation that may be needed to obtain or process sales orders or change orders.

Manage, coordinate and process:

  • Customer orders
  • Product pricing
  • Daily invoicing and end of month processing

Provide support in sales reporting, accounts and business development support in SAP and Salesforce.

Assist customer queries on invoices and customer claims as well as E-Invoicing.

Provide support to audits and compliance activities related to Sales Operations.

Maintenance of service contracts and invoicing.

Follow up of RMA and return of repaired items from factories.

Coordination of spare parts stock.

Manage material and master data SAP module.

Creation of cases / closing and invoicing of jobs.

Quotations (spare parts/consumables) and invoicing.

General Maintenance of SAP / Salesforce.com.

Support to the Field Service Engineers.

Logistic functions and coordinating with couriers.

Qualifications

Good verbal and written command of the Spanish and English language.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role

Adept in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems

Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage

Skills and Experience:

Experienced in working in a technically focused customer-oriented environment

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

Able to work independently and autonomously

Position:

Reports to Country Manager Optics

The position is based in Madrid (Rivas-Vaciamadrid)

We offer a hybrid work model of 4 days in our office in Rivas-Vaciamadrid and one day from home.

Reasonable flexibility in start and finishing times is expected to meet deadlines or other business priorities.
