We are looking for a parental leave representative for a two-year term starting October 1, 2025, at our location in Bremen as HR Generalist (m/w/d).

Responsibilities

• Conducting personnel administration for a defined care area
• Providing expert advice to the management, executives, and employees on all HR administrative matters
• Independently identifying relevant personnel administrative fields and developing and optimizing existing personnel administration processes based on this
• Interface to the outsourced payroll and accounting
• Correspondence with offices and authorities
• Supporting internal and external audits and inspections
• Close cooperation with HR business partners

Qualifications

• Commercial training plus successful further education in the field of personnel or a successfully completed business administration degree with a focus on personnel
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international, manufacturing, and industrially oriented company
• Long-term experience in conducting and optimizing personnel administrative processes
• Excellent IT skills, particularly advanced Excel skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Basics in conducting payroll accounting are desirable
• Trained service mindset and high team capability
• High degree of self-organization
• Analytical thinking
• Fluent German and English language skills
