HR Generalist (Parental Leave Representative)

We are looking for a parental leave representative for a two-year term starting October 1, 2025, at our location in Bremen as HR Generalist (m/w/d).
Responsibilities
- Conducting personnel administration for a defined care area
- Providing expert advice to the management, executives, and employees on all HR administrative matters
- Independently identifying relevant personnel administrative fields and developing and optimizing existing personnel administration processes based on this
- Interface to the outsourced payroll and accounting
- Correspondence with offices and authorities
- Supporting internal and external audits and inspections
- Close cooperation with HR business partners
Qualifications
- Commercial training plus successful further education in the field of personnel or a successfully completed business administration degree with a focus on personnel
- Relevant professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international, manufacturing, and industrially oriented company
- Long-term experience in conducting and optimizing personnel administrative processes
- Excellent IT skills, particularly advanced Excel skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Basics in conducting payroll accounting are desirable
- Trained service mindset and high team capability
- High degree of self-organization
- Analytical thinking
- Fluent German and English language skills
