A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Education Development (GED) Testing Program. A minimum of six (6) years of experience in the area of technical support for computers and technology applications.
OR
An earned associate degree or 60 college credit hours from an accredited institution. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in the area of technical support for computers and technology applications.
AND
Computer skills as required for the position.
