Ensure continuous availability of all technology assets for the assigned location by providing technical support of District owned hardware, software, networks, and servers, concentrating in customer concerns, needs issues, training, and guidance.

The Technology Support Specialist I & II jobs are designated as one job for the purpose of job progression when the employee has achieved an evaluation indicating that his/her job performance has met or exceeded the expectations of the job.
Collaborates with customers at the assigned location and with district level technology support staff to ensure an effective, stable and consistent digital environment.
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently as needed to move objects.
Salary and benefits shall be paid consistent with the District's approved compensation plan. Length of the work year and hours of employment shall be those established by the School Board.
Hourly Rate - $27.82 - $42.65 per hour
New hires will be hired at the minimum of the assigned salary range.
