Compensation: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new roofing sales opportunities within the St. Louis area.
• Conduct on-site assessments to provide accurate roofing estimates and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
• Attend networking events and community outreach programs to promote our services.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or home improvement sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and local building codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
