As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued clients and partners. You will work closely with builders, property managers, and repeat residential customers to ensure consistent communication, timely project execution, and 5-star client satisfaction. You'll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams—ensuring expectations are met, opportunities for growth are identified, and client loyalty is strengthened. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who thrives on creating long-term value and trust.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including builders, property managers, and commercial accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues quickly to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Track account activity, report on metrics, and forecast account performance.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold our mission to "Reinvent Contractor Service."
Qualifications:
- Required: 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client relations (construction, trades, or home improvement preferred).
- Required: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Required: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM software and project coordination.
- Preferred: Familiarity with gutter systems, exterior construction, or related trades.
- Required: Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $70,000 – $95,000/year (depending on experience)
- Bonus potential: Commission and performance-based incentives (target earnings $90,000 – $120,000+)
