Your Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy and Planning

Support the development of the EMEA events strategy prioritizing the key audiences and strategic goals following the brand guides and strategy.

Coordinate with countries and other functions in EMEA about the Events assets created (EMEA playbook, exhibition space catalogue, creative guides, etc.)

Monitor the allocated budget per project (event) and yearly events calendar to effectively scale activations

Partner with sports marketing team to identify new opportunities for involvement of athletes and teams into the event activations and programming.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and markets to align and identify opportunities to integrate products, brand campaigns, and partners into the event activations.

• Event Execution and Management

Support integrated tactical planning with the EMEA team and process.

Support the integration of elite athletes into all events in partnership with sports marketing team.

Function as on the ground support at all global events – monitoring branding, customer engagement, programming, and the event's overall experience to ensure alignment with marketing goals and events strategy.

Coordinate with local and EMEA social media, PR, and paid media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging, athlete/influencer engagement, and an external media presence.

Coordinate planning and communication structure between EMEA and national marketing teams that fosters effective collaboration and consistent results.

Create post-event analysis and reporting that summarizes the event while identifying key successes and areas for improvement.

Ensure all marketing and branding used on-site is compliant with legal regulations for that region and any event sponsorship restrictions.

Follow the tiered event categorization to support countries on local/national events on IRL plans and take a key role in the sponsored EMEA events and the Global Sports Moments.

Provide input on development, and execution of existing and future events

Establish connections with organizations, suppliers and third parties needed to execute a Premium event following brand expressions, creative guides and brand values.

Work across EMEA functional areas to guarantee the integration in different Tiered events and Global Sport Moments between Sports Marketing Department, other EMEA channel and Countries before the event, during the event and post event.

Coordinate with Creative Studio EMEA the exhibition space visuals and needs special attention on branding and campaigns alignment.

• Sports Marketing Team Support

Support general sports marketing initiatives, SharePoint sites, and take on other duties as assigned

Collaborate with sports marketing team to support local Brooks events and activations

Assist sports marketing team to ensure integration of program assets and storytelling alignment in partnership with creative, social, and digital teams around events.

Share out regular event updates and communications to marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in Communications or Marketing

• 1+ years of marketing, communications, or brand promotion preferred

• Ability to work and gather information across the organization and assist in developing integrated programs

• Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills must be extremely detail-oriented

• Experience working collaboratively across an organization and assist in developing integrated programs

• Capacity to work in multi-tasking and working effectively in a fast-paced team environment

• Creative and brings new ideas for how we can reach new runners in surprising and compelling ways

• A passion for the running enthusiast and active lifestyle

• Ability to work professionally and efficiently with company partners, athletes, and internal stakeholders

• MS Office skills (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Ability to travel 50% of the time to national and international events
