We believe in redefining spaces and how people experience music, art, culture and recreation by breaking down the traditional barriers. Our history and heritage is deeply rooted in music, building a portfolio of 20 global festivals before selling the portfolio in 2019 to focus on our growing portfolio of venues that includes Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Drumsheds London, Exhibition London and Magazine London. Collectively we strive to push boundaries and disrupt the cultural landscape by combining big thinking, bold ideas and commercial intelligence to produce spaces and experiences for discerning audiences in inspiring locations.
Collaboration makes change. We believe the greatest impact comes from challenging the boundaries of traditional collaboration. Our team is responsible for leading this through radical partnership. We believe collaboration breeds innovation, which enables our brands, businesses and people to continually evolve. We aim to break down barriers and draw inspiration for our own creativity by seeking out new and often unexpected people, brands, collectives and companies at the top of their game, to partner and collaborate with. Whether it's corporate such as British Land, artistic partners such as United Visual Artists, or brand partners such as Red Bull, BMW and Asahi. Our business is built on partnership and harnessing the strength, diversity and expertise of those we work with to create something amazing — and ultimately, more powerful than what we could do alone.
This newly created position represents an exciting opportunity to join Broadwick at a pivotal time of growth and evolution. You will be responsible for delivering Broadwick's partnerships across our venue portfolio — including Exhibition White City, Corner Corner, Leake Street, and Troxy. This role is all about delivering exceptional partner experiences, ensuring commercial objectives are met, and activating ideas that elevate both the venues and our brand collaborations. Reporting in the Partnerships Sales Manager, Venues you'll be responsible for executing contracted rights, managing partner relationships day-to-day, and ensure every partnership is delivered to a best-in-class standard. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and combine operational excellence with creative problem-solving to make sure our partners feel inspired, valued, and excited to work with us.
We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent account management skills, who is happy to jump in on all levels of project and be comfortable working across multiple projects at once. We're looking for someone who is all over new trends and culturally aware, passionate about music and all aspects of art and design. You'll also need to be adept at driving creative that cuts through the noise and engages people in a competitive field.
