- Manage a portfolio of clients, conducting kick-off meetings, and facilitating quarterly business reviews
- Proactively identify trends across client accounts to address issues and capitalize on opportunities
- Achieve customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell quotas through outbound calls and webinars
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of client online campaigns
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM for tracking client interactions and performance
