Broadcom is in search of a Reliability Engineer to join Broadcom's Global Operations Quality Assurance Team in Fort Collins, CO. The Reliability team enables Broadcom to bring leading edge Silicon and Packaging solutions to market by performing reliability qualifications.
A successful Reliability Engineer will be highly motivated, a self-starter with good communication skills, and a good team member. The candidate will know or be able to learn the reliability qualification process including hands on setup and debug to successfully support Broadcom's leading edge Silicon and Packaging solutions.
This hands-on engineering position will consist of interacting with the various BRCM Business Units (BU's) as they engage with the REL Lab (Fort Collins) for qualification support for new products. Primary responsibilities will include working with other teams both internal and external to Broadcom to ensure all necessary data is provided to meet qualification schedules. Then using this data generate hardware specifications for external board vendors. Once a design is generated this role will be responsible for board and thermal solution verification prior to PCB fabrication. Secondary responsibilities will include setup, verification and checkout for HTOL. Project management including planning, scheduling and tracking skills are a must.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $172,800. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
