Quality Control Manager
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product/service compliance with standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and finished products to identify defects or non-conformities.
Lead root cause analysis investigations to determine the underlying causes of quality or reliability issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in customer feedback analysis and respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding product quality or reliability.
Analyze data and metrics to track quality and reliability performance, and provide reports to management with recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality records, to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in quality management and reliability engineering, and incorporate relevant advancements into the organization's processes.
