We are hiring an Entry-Level HR/Admin & Compliance Officer to support day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and compliance coordination. The role requires strong documentation discipline, confidentiality, and the ability to follow and enforce company policies, SOPs, and basic regulatory requirements. Most ready to move/to relocate to Osun State Nigeria.

Education: HND/BSc in HR, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
Experience: 2 years (NYSC/internship experience in the HR department accepted).
Skills: Strong communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, organisation, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work with policies/SOPs and maintain accurate records.
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace: Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Email
Basic data entry, filing, and document formatting
Any exposure to compliance, audit support, or policy administration.
CIPM/HRPL training (or willingness to learn).
Basic understanding of data privacy concepts (NDPR awareness).
