The Director of Unit Based Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all Unit Based programs. This role manages a multidisciplinary team—including Designated Managers, Coordinators, Mental Health Specialists, and Direct Support Professionals—while ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, and continuous quality improvement. You will lead new service line development, strengthen community partnerships, and champion a culture of accountability, learning, and person-centered care.
