Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients throughout their lifecycle.
Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities within your book of business.
Maintain 95% client retention rate by identifying and mitigating churn risks.
Provide timely assistance for client queries and escalate to relevant teams when needed.
Coordinate training sessions and manage implementation progress.
Document all activities through proper company channels (CRM).
Conduct regular client health checks and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on client expansion campaigns.
Represent Bright at client and industry events as required.
Proven experience in account management or client-facing sales roles.
Strong track record of meeting retention and revenue growth targets.
Advanced knowledge of business software solutions, preferably accounting/practice management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
High level of organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Results-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Experience with CRM management and reporting.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Genuine interest in building strong working relationships and delivering value.
Previous experience in accountancy solutions is an advantage.
