We are looking for the best and brightest minds in Inside Sales to join the Digital Sales teams working from our Barcelona office and selling Webfleet to their respective regions.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
- Effective inbound and outbound lead management to build up a healthy pipeline;
- Discover how a business works, consult with prospects and customers to identify business challenges they can solve with Webfleet;
- Organize and handle online product demonstrations;
- Prepare and send tailored proposals, quotes and contracts to prospects;
- Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing customers within your portfolio;
- Work with Salesforce, Pandadoc and other sales enablement technology.
Who are you?
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record with of 1 year of successful sales experience, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Spoken and Written Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technological solutions in a clear and compelling manner on phone and video calls and in emails and sales proposals.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer focus with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Adept at building and maintaining lasting client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Self-Motivated: Highly driven and autonomous, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Language Skills: Native level of English.
