Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and a passion for driving engagement, influence, and pipeline impact across high-value target accounts. With this position, you will work in the ABM Squad at our office in Barcelona, executing personalized multi-channel ABM campaigns that accelerate revenue growth.

You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team and report to the ABM Sr Marketeer (Product Owner for the squad), working in close collaboration with content marketers, the email marketing specialist, and regional sales teams.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns targeted at named accounts across digital channels using first-party, CRM-based, and ABM software provided audiences.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns for accounts already showing intent or engagement.
  • Implement personalized ads and landing pages for specific account clusters (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) or industries.
  • Monitor and recommend budget allocation to maximize engagement and ROI for high-value accounts.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Build and refresh dynamic account lists and audience segments based on firmographic, intent, and engagement signals.
  • Track account-level engagement across channels and score accounts based on digital activity (e.g., ad clicks, site visits, content downloads).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key ABM KPIs.

Who are you?

  • You are already set up in Spain to work as a freelancer in Barcelona, either as a self-employed contractor (autónomo) or through your own services company (SLU), and can invoice Webfleet Solutions directly under one of these legal forms.
  • You bring 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or highly targeted B2B demand generation.
  • You are hands-on with ABM martech, confident using tools like DemandBase (or similar) to build dynamic account lists, segment audience and track engagement.
  • You know how to run multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting) tailored to 1:1, 1:few, or 1:many account clusters, ensuring the right personalized message reaches the right decision makers.
  • You leverage AI and automation to work smarter.
  • You're data-driven and ROI-focused, comfortable reporting on engagement, influenced pipeline, and account-level KPIs with DemandBase.
  • You thrive in an agile, collaborative environment with sales teams, content creators and the squad Product Owner.
  • You communicate clearly and proactively, sharing actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen marketing–sales alignment and accelerate revenue growth.
  • You're a self-starter who loves testing and learning, bringing creative ideas for personalized campaigns and audience strategies while ensuring cost efficiency.
