Braze is looking to hire a Lead / Senior Lead Solutions Consultant for our Financial Services segment, supporting our Americas book of business.
Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to each engagement. In this role, you will lead complex evaluations end-to-end, serve as a technical leader within the Financial Services segment, and support the growth of the Solutions Consulting team through mentorship and high-quality execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning deal strategy and technical validation in sophisticated sales cycles, and who enjoys partnering closely with Sales, Product, Security, and Marketing to deliver strong customer outcomes.
This role requires travel, up to 50% at peak times, and is based in our New York City office.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $140,000-$210,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $200,000-$300,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full and part-time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
