Develop and evaluate customer needs and relationships while ensuring a positive dealership experience.
Cultivate sustainable relationships and foster trust with customer accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding customer orders, invoices, and fleet management.
Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, striving for timely resolutions.
Offer administrative support across Parts, Sales, and Service departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Service teams to maintain efficient workflow and service delivery.
Coordinate service requirements for equipment, both for customers and internal fleet management.
Assist with inventory counts, parts management, and product returns as necessary.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
Proficient in clerical tasks, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Capable of working collaboratively in a retail environment as part of a team.
Competency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 50lbs.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
Valid Driver's License is necessary for the role.
