- The Solutions Engineer will manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle and act as a liaison between various teams including Product, Security, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Responsibilities include partnering with account executives to secure mid-market and enterprise-level deals from a technical perspective.
- The role requires becoming a subject matter expert on the Branch wallet and other products, staying updated on new releases.
- The Solutions Engineer will educate prospects on product implementation and usage, addressing any technical sales-related questions.
- The position involves driving the RFP, RFI, and Security Questionnaire processes, as well as drafting SOWs for client integrations.

- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a technical role, specifically as a SaaS sales engineer or solutions consultant.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires explaining technical details to non-technical audiences.
- A proven track record of driving the technical aspects of sales and a full understanding of the sales cycle from discovery to close is necessary.
