Under the direction of the HR Supervisor, the HR Admin performs the necessary functions to support the entire HR & Safety Team. The position requires frequent contact with personnel inside and outside the company, requiring reasonable tact, discretion, interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Work Environment: The work environment is an office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels.
Physical Demands: This position would be primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands. Subject to extended periods of sitting, working on PC and talking on telephone.
Travel: Travel is not required.
