By mastering the management of flows and cash register, you guarantee a smooth and seamless experience.

  • Transform each need into a solution: As a true merchant, you listen and reassure. You accompany the client from entry to after-sales by offering complete solutions: financing, loyalty, accessories, and adapted services. Thanks to you? Each client leaves with the project that suits them!

  • Accompany at all stages: You turn every unexpected event into a possibility. Thanks to your sense of analysis and solution orientation, you diagnose needs, ensure after-sales service, and resolve requests pedagogically.

Qualifications

As an Expert Service Client, you play an essential role in the smooth operation of the store and in the satisfaction of our customers. Versatile, you accompany clients throughout their journey with a simple objective: to offer a fluid, efficient, and always pleasant experience.

You participate in the life of the stock and the management of products on a daily basis:

  • Preparation of customer orders
  • Product display
  • Delivery and handing over of orders to customers
  • Customer service and relations

You also accompany clients on different missions in the store:

  • Cash register of purchases
  • Management of financing solutions and payments in several times
  • Handling of Service After-Sales (SAV) requests

Every day, we are looking above all for a dynamic, organized, and smiling person, able to provide a professional, simple, and pleasant service.
