Operations Specialist

We are a fast growing US venture backed startup with a product used by thousands of consumers and dozens of e-commerce brands every day. We're looking for a talented Operations Specialist to join our team to help manage a growing vendor and customer base.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. You will be handling processes and making sure things run smoothly on a daily basis. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and keen to help optimize our processes and customer experience.

If you're a self-starter who loves to solve problems and thrives on routines, this might be a good fit. We need to achieve 80% of the results with 20% of the effort.

Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and vendor coordination
Optimize logistics and shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
Support customer service teams in resolving operational challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
