Support to prepare presentation decks, data analysis and management
Compile and analyze HR data for various reports to enhance operational efficiency
Provide office administration and clerical support
Assist in engagement activities
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
5 working days per week
Higher Diploma or above with knowledge of HR concepts
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese typing, video/multi-media editing is a plus
Detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
