Key Highlights:
We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our marketing team. This is a senior leadership position that will oversee product marketing, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and a technical growth team.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the producing marketing team, growth engineering team, content marketing team, lifecycle marketing team, product management team, sales team, and COO.
As CMO, you'll set the strategic direction for a high-performing team, help us scale a successful marketing engine, and ensure our messaging, reach, and growth strategies evolve with the business.
You'll lead a team of 4 marketing directors, each of whom lead an in-person team of 1-8 professionals, from devs to designers. You'll be responsible for vetting ongoing hires on each of the 4 marketing teams as the company continues to scale.
This role is ideal for someone with deep marketing experience and a sharp growth mindset, ready to lead across disciplines in a fast-moving software environment.
You've built a marketing organization that runs with focus and discipline. Each team — product, lifecycle, content, and growth — operates from shared data, aligned goals, and a clear understanding of impact.
