Solutions Engineer
We're hiring a Solutions Engineer to help customers implement and succeed with our platform.
You'll work directly with users and prospects to understand their goals, solve problems, and design solutions that show the power of agentic AI in action. This is a cross-functional role that blends technical know-how with customer collaboration.
You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to make sure customers are set up for long-term success — whether it's through live demos, implementation support, or building out proof-of-concepts.
This role is open to all levels of experience. As we expand our Solutions Engineering team, we're open to hearing from strong candidates at any stage of their career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with customers and prospects to understand their technical needs and goals
- Designing and delivering tailored solutions using our platform
- Assisting with implementation, integration, and troubleshooting during onboarding
- Collaborating with Sales to support pre-sales conversations and product demos
- Providing feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer interactions
- Helping improve internal tools, documentation, and onboarding workflows
- Serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Staying current on platform capabilities and how they apply to real-world use cases
