About the role

Are you a sales-driven account manager who knows how to turn strong relationships into serious revenue? As an account manager for the EMEA region (based in Barcelona), you will be the driving force behind growing our existing customer base and ensuring our clients get maximum value from the Botpress platform.

You will join the 3rd fastest-growing B2B AI start-up worldwide. With over 1 million AI agents deployed and 700,000+ platform users, you will be managing a portfolio of customers who are building the future of autonomous work.

What you'll be doing:

Revenue growth & strategy

  • Drive revenue: manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic renewals.
  • Tier expansion: focus on supporting the expansion of Botpress accounts to higher-tier plans to increase our ARR (annual recurring revenue) footprint.
  • Contract conversion: proactively identify customers on month-to-month "pay-as-you-go" plans and close them on committed annual plans.
  • Cloud migration: execute strategies to migrate the maximum amount of ARR to the Botpress cloud.

Relationship & pipeline management

  • Trusted advisor: build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring they view Botpress as a critical partner in their AI strategy.
  • Pipeline mastery: forecast, report, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Market intelligence: stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to provide consultative value to clients regarding generative AI and automation.
