Reporting to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Assistant Director of Graduate Financial Aid will determine eligibility, awarding scholarships and other funds in consultation with administration, and processing financial aid documents. They have advanced knowledge on best practices on graduate financial aid in the higher education industry and are responsible for advising all graduate students across several large graduate programs at Sargent College, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, nutrition, and human physiology. They advise and counsel students regarding various financial aid programs and budgets and educate students of the options, procedures, and repayment of federal financial aid. The Assistant Director will be part of the graduate enrollment and student services leadership teams and will work closely with the Assistant Dean of Student Services, and Director of Graduate Enrollment and Strategic Communications, associate deans, department chairs and program directors to contribute to all aspects financial aid support to graduate students during admission and throughout their time as a graduate student at Sargent College.
