Manage small to large scale transportation engineering, complete streets, and highway projects, from proposal stage to construction completion
Prepare contract documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates
Perform analysis and prepare design calculations
Provide senior oversight on projects and serve as a technical resource
Perform quality review of design plans and contract documents
Participate in meetings with clients and project team members
Prepare proposals including scopes and fee estimates
Attend and present at public meetings and project interviews
Assist in business development with public and private sector clients
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer
15+ years of experience in the field of Transportation Engineering
7+ years project management experience
Storm drainage analysis/computation experience, including watershed mapping, inlet spacing, gutter flow, pipe sizing, system capacity, etc. is a plus
Experience working on DOT administered and funded projects (including funding programs such as STEAP, LOTCIP, TAP, etc.)
Experience working on federally funded projects is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
