Senior Principal Analytics Developer

Oracle CSS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Analytics Developer who will be a key technical leader in the Analytics space, working with Oracle's leading Analytics Cloud products. You will contribute to the architecture, design, and development of complex Analytics solutions, requiring strong development, technical, and communication skills. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Additionally, you will take an active role in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division, leveraging your advanced technical and business skills to contribute as a leading individual and team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design end-to-end analytics solutions in OCI.
• Implementation and Optimization: Build and configure OCI-based analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Data Integration and Transformation: Work closely with data engineering teams to define and implement data integration workflows using ODI and other relevant tools.
• Production Support: Provide ongoing support for deployed analytics solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data accuracy, system performance, and user access.
• Security and Governance: Implement and enforce data security controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, data analysts, and IT teams, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in OCI services, analytics tools, and technologies.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
