The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Lead – Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – is responsible for coordinating a clinical program within the Neurosurgery Department. This includes program development, quality assurance, and oversight of patient care delivery systems, while actively participating in all aspects of patient care.
Qualifications: Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies required. Current Massachusetts licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required. 5–8 years of related work experience required. Demonstrated ability to lead clinical programs and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay Range: $133,120.00 USD - $240,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
