We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting our human resources operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Oversee administrative HR tasks, including maintaining records and tracking employee information through HRIS systems.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and manage related documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while addressing employee inquiries.
  • Collaborate with teams to support HR initiatives and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in HR systems, ensuring accessibility and security.
  • Assist in monitoring and implementing HR compliance standards across the organization.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related projects and events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving employee concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to HR activities and compliance.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in HR administration, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks.
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage employee records effectively.
    • Strong understanding of confidentiality standards and related procedures.
    • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees across all levels.
    • Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools.
    • Capability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
