As an HP Indigo Customer Success Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department, supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively, enabling success within the organization.

What does the role involve?

• Providing on-site technical service for commercial and industrial digital printing presses.
• Diagnosing and repairing HP Indigo presses to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.
• Using electromechanical expertise to resolve complex technical issues.
• Participating in customer training and coaching to accelerate customer proficiency.
• Utilizing artificial intelligence tools and remote diagnostics to anticipate and quickly resolve issues.

What do you need?

• Proven experience in technical service for printing presses or color copiers.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with computer software related to hardware interfacing.
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer visits.
