Compensation
$17.20-$17.75 per hour
Monthly bonus opportunities averaging $3,000+
Work Schedule
Training (On-site):
- Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Post-Training (On-site with flexibility):
- Mon-Thu: 8:00 AM-9:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Must work two evenings until 9 PM each week
- Select your 8-hour shift within these windows
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve account issues
- Use skip-tracing tools to verify addresses, employers, and contact information
- Negotiate payment arrangements and offer compliant resolution options
- Document all interactions accurately and follow established procedures
- Adhere to federal and state guidelines and follow provided scripts
- Work closely with team members and leadership to maintain service standards

What You'll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or collections experience
- Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
