The Collaboration Operations team enables seamless communication, high-quality audio/visual performance, and reliable collaboration technologies in all Wayfair offices. This Level 2 role provides hands-on AV expertise, white glove support for senior leadership, and partnership with cross functional teams including Community Experience, Executive Leadership, and Enterprise Technology.
Provide Level 2 support for conference rooms, event spaces, digital signage, collaboration platforms (Google Meet, Zoom), and Chrome OS/Windows endpoints.
Deploy, configure, standardize, and maintain AV and collaboration hardware across all Wayfair offices, ensuring a consistent global experience.
Conduct proactive room sweeps and monitoring to identify and resolve issues before they affect meetings or events.
Troubleshoot AV hardware, network-connected devices, software configurations, and conferencing issues; coordinate repairs, replacements, and vendor engagements as needed.
Serve as a trusted technical partner for senior and C-level executives by providing white-glove support for high-visibility meetings and events.
Work closely with Executive Assistants and Community Experience to plan, prepare, and execute executive-level sessions, including leadership summits, board meetings, and external partner engagements.
Support live and hybrid events by managing onsite setup, streaming, recording, and real-time troubleshooting across global locations.
Partner with ET teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to evaluate new AV and collaboration technologies and recommend improvements.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation including troubleshooting guides, AV workflows, and employee-facing instructions; share knowledge with peers and partner teams.
Install, mount, and maintain AV hardware such as TVs, cameras, speakers, and projectors using appropriate tools and safe lifting practices.
Travel occasionally (minimal domestic and international) to support executive meetings or office initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently support senior and C-level leadership. Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity, with the ability to research, evaluate, and implement new solutions.
Ability to work independently on tasks and projects while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Experience supporting high-visibility or executive-level meetings and events.
Experience supporting large, distributed, or multi-site office environments.
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
Experience with video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.
Experience with Powershell, GSuite, Google Admin, JAMF, SCCM, or Active Directory.
Experience with Crestron, Extron, Chrome OS, Windows environments, or collaboration/VC equipment such as Logitech, Crestron, or Poly.
