About the role:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who can provide exceptional support to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers across global markets.

Provide global, industry-leading technical support to Boston Scientific field personnel, clinicians, patients, and other internal customers. This role helps our customers use our products by delivering immediate, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding current and historical market-released CRM products, as well as assisting in troubleshooting, problem solving, and product operation assessments.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide 24x7 global technical support to customers via multiple communication pathways (phone, fax, email, etc.).
  • Analyze and assess product operation and make recommendations for optimal device management.
  • Educate, support, and train customers through phone consultation, training programs, written correspondence, and field assistance.
  • Document and evaluate customer inquiries, comments, and concerns.
  • Achieve and maintain proficiency in market-released and upcoming products.
  • Create relevant technical publications and reference materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date general industry knowledge.

Required qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with some post-secondary training (IT, medical certifications, or associate degree).
  • Medical or IT background.
  • Technical call center experience.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must work well in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated strong documentation practices.
  • Fluent in Spanish (bilingual English/Spanish required).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Rhythm Management product and technical/clinical support knowledge.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
