Join our Maple Grove team as a Quality Engineer specializing in braiding, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards for medical device manufacturing. This position offers hands-on experience with innovative braiding technologies, directly contributing to patient safety and product excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and writing nonconformance reports for product
• Owning CAPAs and other quality projects
• Data analysis trending and escalating quality signals
• Interacting with both internal and external customers
• Supporting and writing test methods, work instructions, inspections etc.

Required qualifications:

• Engineering degree OR an equivalent science-based degree with 2-3 years of engineering experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated industry
• Engineering Degree
• Proficiency in Minitab, Power BI, Microsoft Office
• Experience with DMAIC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
