Process Engineer II

Develops capable processes and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing process capabilities, prioritizing process improvement opportunities, and innovating and implementing process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
• Applying technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling, and/or automation.
• Executing the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
• Ensuring proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements.
• Developing qualified production lines.
• Overseeing development builds associated with the project using special work requests.
• Writing validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
• Preparing and presenting technical data and recommendations at technical reviews.
• Providing Design for Manufacturability input to the engineering print package.
• Contributing ideas to or generating Intellectual Property submissions.
• Training and/or providing work direction to technicians and may train manufacturing personnel when required as part of a validation.
• May serve as core team member or extended team member on new product projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical Industrial Maintenance Business Administration or related.
• English level desired: 70-79%.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Desired knowledge: Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Knowledge Statistical skills, PDP/TDP, Process Validations, Project Management.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
