About the Role: Boston Scientific is looking for an Intern through a program promoted by the Portuguese Government, "Estágio Profissional", based in Lisbon. The candidate we are looking for will sign an internship contract with the government of Portugal and he/she will work in Boston Scientific for 6 months. The person will be based in the Lisbon office. He/she will be part of the Neuromodulation team, dealing with high-tech devices. It is mandatory that the candidate has never done an "Estágio Profissional" before.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Management of orders blocked due to lack of stock, in coordination with logistics and sales teams.
• Inventory management of marketing materials for the Neuromodulation division.
• Preparation and creation of internal purchase orders (PO – Purchasing Orders) in corporate systems.
• Preparation and management of internal requests for events and other related activities (IRF).
• Organization and preparation of necessary documentation for scientific and corporate events.
• Registration and coordination of enrollments for internal events, in collaboration with training and marketing teams.
• General support for the department's administrative tasks, including communication with suppliers and internal teams, and the use of digital management tools.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• The candidate MUST be less than 30 years old;
• Training background: "Pós-secundário n ã o superior com créditos para prosseguimiento de estudos de ensino superior" Level 5
• Digital Marketing knowledge/experience
• English & Portuguese level: B2-C1 or above. Spanish level would be a plus.
• Advanced level on Office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Microsoft Access would be a plus.
• Knowledge on database design and analysis would be a plus.

Start date: November 24th
