un « Ingénieur Service Client » H/F -Le Mans
The client service engineer is responsible for the maintenance of the medical equipment offered by Boston Scientific. Attached to the European team, you will provide support on the « Capitals Equipment » products.
Main Missions:
Perform installations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and updates
Provide high-level technical support to external customers on site
Provide on-site training to customersDevelop technical documentation, if needed
Timely handle field calls and issues arising from visits
Communicate with the client to ensure their satisfaction and implement the necessary corrective measures
Be the main contact between R&D, multifunctional teams, Marketing, and Production to support the development of new products
Profile:
Graduated from a technical or scientific trainingMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar function
Mandatory experience in medical devices
Fluent English required
Autonomy
Ability to work in a team
Excellent communication skills
Service oriented with a continuous improvement approach
