Boston Scientific is an American company that develops, produces and markets high-value-added medical devices. It is present in different therapeutic areas such as interventional cardiology, CRM and Urology... In the context of our development we are recruiting:

a « Customer Service Engineer » H/F based in the East sector (Strasbourg / Nancy)

The customer service engineer is responsible for the maintenance of the medical equipment offered by Boston Scientific. Attached to the European team, you will provide support on the "Capitals Equipment" products.

Main Missions:

  • Perform installations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and updates
  • Provide high-level technical support to external customers on site
  • Provide on-site training to customers
  • Develop technical documentation if needed
  • Timely handle field calls and problems arising from visits
  • Communicate with the client to ensure their satisfaction and implement necessary corrective measures
  • Be the main contact between R&D teams, multifunctional teams, Marketing and Production to support the development of new products

Profile:

  • Technical or scientific background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function
  • Mandatory experience in medical devices
  • Fluent English required
  • Autonomy
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Service oriented with a continuous improvement approach
