This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes while delivering a high level of service to employees and stakeholders. Note: This is a 12-month defined term contract.

Required Skills & Experience : Language Skills: Greek & English (B2 level or higher) HR Systems Experience: Workforce and case management systems; experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities Customer Focus: Service-oriented mindset with the ability to support internal and external clients effectively Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and across functions Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changing priorities and workloads
