Urinary incontinence is more common than many think - especially for women after childbirth. Until now, treatment often meant invasive surgery. At Boston Scientific, we believe in changing that. With Bulkamid®, our minimally invasive bulking gel therapy, we are redefining urogynecology care. Already the market leader in Europe, this technology is rapidly growing in Germany.
We are now looking for a driven Account Manager to cover the South-West region of Germany. In this role, you will be at the heart of helping clinicians offer women a gentle, effective treatment with lasting results. You'll partner with urologists and urogynecologists, introduce innovation to their clinics, and grow our footprint across the region.

This is not just sales. It's about bringing a new therapy to life, growing awareness, and making sure patients benefit from solutions that truly improve lives.
In practice, that means you will:
A typical day might start with a hospital visit to demonstrate Bulkamid® in a clinical setting, followed by a meeting with a purchasing department to negotiate terms. In the afternoon, you might join a strategy call with your team to align on account priorities and finish the day preparing for a training session with a new customer.
What you bring
We know that skillset and mindset are more important than perfect product knowledge. We'll give you the training you need to master the therapy. What we're looking for is:
Someone with excellent communication skills – approachable, engaging and confident in discussions with physicians and hospital buyers. You have a strategic and commercial mindset. You see the big picture – from understanding the where are we know to where we are heading. In the UK we have over 90% market share with this solution, and in Germany we have lots of opportunities for growth.
