Elevate Team Experience
Drive stronger team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and psychological safety across case teams. You will be:
- Diagnosing and solving core team challenges through insight-driven coaching and reflective conversations that build self-awareness and shared accountability.
- Partnering with case team leaders to co-create strategies that boost collaboration, performance, and overall case journey.
- Coaching individuals to grow their skills, providing targeted guidance where needed, with timely interventions, along with coordinated leadership support.
- Advising practical tips & tools to strengthen communication, improve collaboration, and enhance team effectiveness.
- Creating openness and trust through empathetic coaching that navigates complex interpersonal dynamics and encourages a thriving team environment.
Strategy & Planning
Shape and drive initiatives that elevate the case team experience across BCG. You will:
- Drive strategic initiatives in partnership with the IND Teaming@BCG team to enhance team effectiveness.
- Roll out regional priorities and align with cross-functional partners, integrating teaming content into broader training programs.
What You'll Bring
- Any post-graduation degree with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in a similar role within a high-performing professional services environment.
- ICF-certified, PCC preferred
- 1000+ hours of executive coaching experience with consulting firms
- Coached management consulting project teams
- Good experience and understanding of managing complex reporting relationships in a matrixed organization, and the ability to incorporate multiple cultures. Partnering, consulting, influencing & relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the personal presence to influence others, whether in small groups or presenting to large audiences
- Role model with strong values & experience in change management
- Flexible approach and ability to manage conflicting priorities
Who You'll Work With
You'll be working closely with the IND Teaming@BCG Manager, IND Teaming@BCG MDP, Teaming@BCG Coaches, MDPs and Consulting teams, IND People Team and Asia Pacific NGWOW Team. You will be part of the IND People Team.
