BCG Milan HR Department Internship

You will join BCG Milan's HR Department, within the EMC (East Mediterranean & Caspian) Career Services & Alumni team, for a six-month internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across key HR processes related to Career Coaching, Community Management, and Consulting-focused HR services.

You're Good At:

• Taking initiative and bringing creative solutions to day-to-day operations and special projects;
• Crafting written content for newsletters, updates, and communication materials;
• Helping plan, organize, and deliver events that facilitate connections and upskilling;
• Collaborating with other Business Services teams, as well as Regional and Global networks, to ensure effective engagement and relationship management;
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with external companies and Alumni networks to support high-value partnership building.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree (a specialization on HR topics will be considered a plus);
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English;
• Creative mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Positive and proactive attitude and commitment;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
