Global Marketing Graduate Trainee

To further support the growth and development of BCG's business-marketing capabilities, we are looking for a Global Marketing Graduate Trainee to join our Global Practices (PAs) Marketing Team. The Marketing Analyst will play an important role in collecting, organizing, and drawing insights on data to support holistic measurement across PA with a focus on content and event production and performance. These insights are intended to inform key PA and M&C stakeholders on content and event production trends, audience focus and topic alignment with the intention of driving decision making that will increase commercial and brand outcomes of PA content. The role is intended to expand to supporting digital channel measurement and performance over time.

You're Good At

  • Organize PA content pipeline, produced content data and event portfolio details to support scheduled and ad-hoc scorecard updates for PA and M&C Leadership.
  • Develop expertise on critical content and event KPIs and enable PA marketing teams with updated data and insights when needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on priority projects related to PA market intelligence, earned media, and competitor insights.
  • Champion KPI and data best practices across PAs and coach PA marketers on how to efficiently and effectively use data to inform stakeholders of performance and improvement recommendations.
  • Support content budget allocation tracking to ensure centrally allocated funds are being used to effectively de-average portfolio and reach intended audiences.
  • Partner with PA Marketers to gather qualitative performance anecdotes related to the commercial impact of top-priority content and events.
  • Team with channel insight teams to align on content performance narratives, flag gaps in data, and raise strategic recommendations to improve marketing spend.
  • Coordinate with audience insight teams to align priority audience coverage and evolving audience targeting strategies to demonstrate how the right content reaches the right people at the right time.

What You'll Bring

  • Extremely good communication skills
  • Preferably with strong academic performance and prior work/intern experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills are a must, intermediate level in PowerPoint, proficient in other MS Office applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented and analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills. High level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the duration of 24 months

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Global Practices Marketing Team and throughout the PA Marketing cohort. We'll also expect your regular engagement with the ONE Marketing team and other Global, Regional & Local Marketers as BCG continues to enhance and expand its marketing operating model and programming.
