Your role: As Supply Chain Support, you are the link that ensures our goods flow in Belgium is smooth and correct. You work together with colleagues, both nationally and internationally, within our factories and with suppliers. You keep processes in motion and think about how to make it even better. What you will do:

• You actively follow up on orders and inventories. For this, you maintain close contact with colleagues from various departments and suppliers.
• You ensure that order confirmations are correctly processed and followed up.
• You think along with solutions for delivery and quality problems, in close cooperation with Quality Management.
• You support administrative tasks related to import and export declarations.
• You actively think about how we can make our ordering processes smarter and more efficient.
• You translate global Bosch and Bosch Rexroth processes into local initiatives.
• You participate in exciting projects, such as the transition to a new SAP system and the further digitalization of our operations.
• You join a team of 3 and report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

Who are you? You have a bachelor's or master's degree with an affinity for logistics/administration, or similar through experience. Just graduated? No problem, we invest in your learning journey!

• You are curious, accurate, and have a smooth communication style.
• You feel at home in a digital environment and quickly learn to use new tools.
• You speak fluent Dutch and a nice word of English. Knowledge of French is a plus, but not mandatory.
• You do not wait, but take the initiative to continue developing yourself.
